Confidentiality & Privacy
At every step of the design and creation process, confidentiality is of utmost importance. No aspect of your design, materials, or plans will ever be discussed with any outside party, ensuring your ideas remain exclusive and private.
1. Initial Contact & Consultation
The journey begins with your first point of contact – whether through social media, email, or the contact form on my website. We’ll then arrange a private meeting, either in person or via Zoom, depending on your location. Our discussion will focus on your objectives, preferences, and desired outcomes, ensuring I understand exactly what you're looking for.
2. Design Brief & Research
During our meeting, I’ll gather the information needed to create a detailed brief tailored to your needs. I’ll also begin researching, collecting a library of images, and gaining insight into the style and direction that appeals to you. If you have any stones or inherited pieces you wish to restore or remodel, we’ll incorporate those elements into the design.
3. Budget & Concept Design
Next, we’ll discuss a budget that’s comfortable for you while ensuring the desired outcome is achievable. I’ll then create up to three 2D computer-generated design concepts for you to choose from, each reflecting the vision we’ve discussed.
4. Final Design & 3D CAD Model
Once you’ve selected your preferred design, I’ll develop a detailed 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) model, complete with exact measurements, material specifications, and weight. The weight of the design directly impacts the final price, which we’ll agree on together before proceeding.
5. Deposit & Creation
To begin crafting your piece, a 25% deposit is required. The design will then be handed over to my trusted private jeweller, who will cast and assemble the piece with precision and care.
6. Completion & Delivery
Once the piece is completed, I’ll notify you to settle the final balance. Your finished piece will be delivered either in person or securely via TOLL courier to your nominated address, ensuring it arrives safely and on time.
Timeline
The entire design and creation process typically takes between 4–6 weeks from start to finish, depending on the complexity of the piece and the materials involved.
Metals, Stones & Materials
I work with a variety of premium metals, including 9 and 18 carat yellow, white, and rose golds, as well as platinum. You can also choose from a selection of lab-grown diamonds, mined diamonds, pearls, and a wide range of gemstones in various cuts and sizes – allowing for endless customisation options.
